Hi,

You can remove access of creating a new record for such user on Entity "Employee" in order to hide this new button

Hi ,

There is no supported way you can hide the new button except security role.

I have found in the below thread and you verified doing unsupported way , it is not working ?

Hi Brekaa,

Hiding new button in popup is not possible as there is no way to write any event in the popup window. Reason why we suggest not to do this type of unsupported customization as you don't have control of all forms in dynamics CRM. You also can't hide in advance find window as well.

Use security role and remove create privilege from that entity , which will hide forms and popup as well.
