Purchased the product on Jan 20 2012. Never installed until July 2014. Now need to get access to key and cannot find out from who or if I must pay again in order get data installed?

You need to get this from your GP Partner. You should not have to pay for it.
If you are talking about the trial keys those are a one time free keys that cannot be generated again. If you are taking about the full reg keys then yes you should have them from whoever you purchased them from.
Solved. And no, one cannot get expired integration keys. I contacted MS directly and explained the dilema. Our Partner explained our old system (a DOS based version of GP from the Middle Ages) had crashed and we were in a pickle while we get MS Dynamics GP up and running.
Thank you all. We have continued to pay for upgrades and we will be able to use keys with the 2013 upgrade that we have bought some time ago, but never implemented. Thanks too, to an angel at MS who sent the upgrage keys.
