Management Reporter with Navigation Pane does not show the generated reports

Hi,

I did the setup for Management Reporter within GP 2015 R2.

I generated some reports within Management Reporter 2012 CU14.

Managemenrt Reporter within GP2015 R2  Navigation Pane does not list any report even the user has full access of MR.

Is there any clue for that?

    Hi Imad,

    So you build some reports as a administrator and the other user cant see the report you created.   Does this user have access to GP and are you using Data Mart or legacy connection.

    Hi Babu,

    I'm doing this on a test server and I'm logged in as administrator.

    Yes, the administrator has access to GP. I'm using a legacy connection.

    Hi Imad, Have you added the user in GP when it's prompt user ID and password within MR he need to use that.

    Hi Babu,

    MR is looking for AD user while GP is looking GP user.

    I created a user within GP and I pointed it to an AD user which has a priviledge in MR.

    I logged in the server as MR user but still I'm getting an empty list.

    Hi Imad,

    If the user able to login to MR without prompting to user id and password then your connection is data mart not legacy connection. When you added the user what level of access you have given can you post the screen shot.

    The user is assigned to power user in GP and he is an administrator in MR.

    Sorry can you confirm you have selected all the company on company tab.

    Yes I did. I created the user as an administrator, so by default he is getting access to all companies.

    Imad,

    Can you please confirm this.

    1) Does this new AD user has full access to the library folder of MR where the report generated.

    2) Have you tried a different user

    How is the user connecting the MR through remote desktop connection.

    Yes the user has full access to MR library folder.

    I'm afraid that this is due to CU14 because I remember that I saw one row on the list.
