Dear Team,

I need Arabic Language for Dynamics 365 V9.0 on premise version. Can anybody please share where and how to download the Arabic Language Pack for Dynamics 365 V9.0 on premise version.

I got the link for CRM 2016 onpremise but that is not working with Dynamics 365 v9.0 on premise version.

Dear Goutam,

I have installed the language pack but when i try to intall the pack i am getting the error.

Duplicate Record

A record with these values already exists. A duplicate record cannot be created. Select one or more unique values and try again. If you contact support, please provide the technical details.

Can you please guide.

Hi Venkata,

please share complete error log from event viewer.

In addition did you tried to uninstall / repair language pack?

Sometimes restart server can help in this situation.

After installing, have you enabled the language? refer below blog on the same topic-

I was the same error "Dublicate record" when I try to enable installed language, only one solution I found for new installation v9.0:

1. Install language pack on the CRM server.

2. In the Dynamics 365 Deployment Manager disable and delete organisation.

3. Create new organisation and select installed language. This process takes a long time.

Gentlemen,

I had the same problem with enabling of Czech language pack. I raised a ticket at MS Support and had been working with them for two weeks. Finally the bug had been identified and hopefully the public update 0.2 will be released soon.
