Drill to Dynamics won't work

Hi,

We're running MR 2012 CU11 and Dynamics GP 2015. I have the report open in MR Viewer and Dynamics GP is open and I'm logged into the same company. When I drill down to the account level in MR, I click on the Amount and the "Drill to Dynamics" is enabled. However, when I click on it nothing happens. Any thought?

There is a documented issue resolved by the CU11 HF4 which relates to drill down issues. Have you installed HF4 yet? BUG3373858 BASE-1:BASE Periodic column with a YTD column errors when drilling to transaction level
