I just want to find the regular user guide or manual for Dynamics SL 2011. I just started at a company that uses it, and there is no documentation.

SL has several user manuals (one for each module). The installation process has an option to install these (they are PDF files) in a folder called User Guides found under where Dynamics SL has been installed. If that folder does not exist or is empty then the installer did not choose to install the user guides and they will have to be installed.
Also, all the SL screen support pressing F1 to get on-screen help which is basically the user guide content. However, when looking for information on processing flow or setup, the user guides are the better choice.
