Flag icons next to country lookup records

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if it was possible to have the flag of each country associated to every record of my custom country entity, I have the icons of each country. However, I figured out the icons appearing in a lookup field drop down is the icon an entity (same icon for all the records of this entity). Any idea? Here is a screenshot of what I want to replace with the icons of each country.

    Hello T.I.A, thanks for your reply however this is for version 9.X and we're still on CRM 2016 (version 8.x). Also, I'm looking for icons that can be added to a lookup field, not text or numerical.

    Hi Bilal,

    Since you have a CRM 2016 environment, there is no supported way to add a custom icons for lookup records.

    Hi Bilal,
    As per the documentation, this feature applies to Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement apps version 9.x (on-premises).
