Dynamics CRM implementation methodology

Hi Experts,

I am new to Dynamics CRM implementation.  I heard about sure step methodology, is it still applicable for Dynamics CRM 2016?.

I am looking for framework where in, based on the analysis and design base, this framework should suggest some templates and suggest corresponding out of the box configuration set (may be Solutions) based on functional requirements. Does Sure Step provide it?.

Or any 3rd party framework to buy?.

Thanks.

Sure step provides a methodology and approach to planning & managing your dynamics implementation, Whereas Lifecycle services is a Microsoft Azure-based collaboration portal that proves a collaborative workspace that can be used by both customers and partners, separately and together, LCS enables closer collaboration, helps speed implementations and reduces time to value Providiong cloud tools and services to help with the actual implementation ,Development & Support, However Lifecycle services is not available for CRM yet.

Hi Rathin, Dynamics Lifecycle services is currently available for AX will be will be available for CRM 2016 Shortly,

    lcs.dynamics.com/.../Index

Sure Step can help you with planning your implementation but its only available to Microsoft partners lcs.dynamics.com/.../Index

Surestep will definitely help you if you are new to dynamics, and I highly recommend it as many projects fail due to not understanding how to manage the Application lifecycle.

    Best Wishes, Raz
