The calculation profile of a model with allocation and aggregation nodes is not working

Hi,

I want to calculate product carbon footprint. I followed the video in this link Calculate product carbon footprint (preview) - Microsoft for Sustainability | Microsoft Learn and applied each step accordingly. However, in the video, it's not showing the calculation profile being executed for the first calculation model which including the aggregation and allocation nodes for allocating purchased electricity emissions to the sustainability items proportionately.

The calculation model contains one emission and two reference data sources. Those three sources are as follows: purchased electricity emissions, facility item productions and sustainability items.

Since this model is allocating the emissions, I thought that in the calculation profile I should select Purchased electricity (emissions). After gave it a run, it's instantly failed in a second with not a error message but a note in the job saying "Unable to show totals for successful, failed, and excluded activities when a calculation model includes an Aggregation, Allocation, Join, Create PCF, or Report fact node." But, in the calculation model of training video, the model was exactly the same as mine. I don't clearly understand why the profile model is not executing for me. I also tried to change the module in the profile, selected sustainability items but it didn't change anything.

I'm adding the screenshot of my calculation job as attachment.

I really need to learn how this feature functions, we problaly will need to use it in near future. So, any help would be appreciated.

    Hi!
Did you find a solution or root cause for this error? I get the same...

    Hi,

This was my trial environment. It turns out that trial environments don't support the advanced calculations, so that's why it immediately fails. You have to have premium license for running advanced calculations.
