Hii there .

Microsoft does not allow CORS headers on their SaaS APIs for direct browser access. That's why all solutions require a proxy (hosted backend, Azure Function, Logic App, APIM, etc.)

So for that you need to handle through power app or Azure function.

For more information needed to check other things.

Business Central environment (hosted on https://businesscentral.dynamics.com) is trying to fetch data from an external API (https://uat.commercialbanking.citidirect.com). That external site isn't configured to allow Business Central’s domain as a valid origin, so the browser blocks the request.

Backend Proxy : Route the API call through a backend (like an Azure Function, API Management, or middleware) where CORS isn't enforced. The backend makes the request to the external API and passes the result to your Business Central extension or Power App.
