Hello All,

I am using online CRM 365 and I am using outlook add-ins for create a leads but it give me default form to add the lead details see the below image.

I want to add one custom field in to this form or add-ins form. even I added one field on online using form editing but that field is not reflect on add-ins form.

Thanks for the respond I refer that link but I cant find Lead form in Outlook developer Mode.

Hi Pankil

Tenfold can help in integrating MS Dynamics 365 and enabling click to dial in Outlook. Our click to dial also works on webpages opened in Chrome. They also support MS Dynamics integration www.tenfold.com/.../dynamics

Hi Pankil,

I recently edited our lead create form as you're looking to do. I was able to do so by going to the Lead entity, selecting forms, and updating the Quick Create form with the fields we wanted on the form.

Afterwards it took maybe 10-15 minutes and a restart of Outlook before the updated form reflected correctly in Outlook.

I'm guessing what type of dynamics you're running, but we're running CRM Online and Office 365.
