xrmtoolbox error in generating entity relation diagram

I was successful in generating ER diagram using xrmToolbox before, but now I came across this problem:

 I still can generate metadata document using XrmToolbox. Anyone can help me out?  Thanks.

BTW, I use dynamics 365 on-premises 2016.
