Hi,

Hope someone can help.

I want to disable the "Connection" Entity across the dynamics instance. Meaning that the entity should not even exist in the "Related" tab on the any form.

I created a security role and disable access to the "Connection" entity. However it is still showing in the related tab.

I don't want to go in each form of every other entity and modify and remove the connection from the related tab(very cumbersome). Is there another way to do that across the entire dynamics instance?

Hello,

The thing with security roles is that it's aggregative so if a user has 2 roles - 1 will give access to an entity and the other won't - as a result user will have access to the entity.

Try to give a user only those roles that don't have privileges for connection entity.
