I'm working with D365 and the Power Platform and I'm having serious issues logging into the the system.
I have worked on a number of projects each with their own login's over the last few months.
I clear cache and remove cookies from the browsers I use.
When trying to log onto the system the broswer is assuming I'm trying to log into a system I last used months ago. I have cleared cache and cookies at least twice since then.
Not only that I'm logged into Microsoft office using the correct username and password. However when I try and perform certain actions, I'm being told that I cannot access the (wrong) account despite not entering a username or password for that wrong account, or it refuses to accept my correct username and password.
What else other than clearning cache and cookies can i do to stop my broswers trying to access old accounts and systems?
This is now beyond frustrating as I have a deadline and cannot access the correct system!
Hello,
Did you try to click the sign out button to log out from the account?
Another way is to remove/log out from the account already logged in from the browser Settings www.bu.edu/.../
Hi,
Can you please try below options:
I would suggest below option to manage multiple project work. In chrome we have below option to create multiple Chrome instances.
With above option, i can create multiple instance for each project and each will have different credential.
Thanks,
Pradeep.
Please mark this as VERIFIED if it helps.
thank you, but it is not a security or licensing issue as I have full admin permissions and all liicenses
Hi,
Please check weather you have proper security roles and licensing available.
Regards,
Ram Prakash
I am logged in with the credentials which are behind the second blocked out part.
I am actively not logged in to the credentials behind the first blocked part, nor have I logged into them in months!
