Hidden Fields Still Visible in 'Open in Excel' Action

Hello Folks,

I'm facing an issue while exporting data using the Open in Excel action from the Sales Order.

I hid the Salesperson Code field using personalization and then clicked on the Open in Excel action.

However, the generated Excel file still shows the Salesperson Code field.

How can I remove that field from the Excel file if it's hidden through personalization?

    Hello,

after you have finished personalizing the page, click CTRL + F5 and the list should be displayed correctly with Open in Excel action.

I removed some fields from my Sales Order page and opened in Excel, and indeed I had hidden fields in my Excel.
After I hard refresh BC, I got field that are only shown on the page after personalation.

    Greetings
