Completed and Succeeded Workflow are not getting deleted in MS CRM.

A strange thing is happening in our MS CRM on-premise, we are noticing that none of the workflows are getting deleted after successful completion.

1) The workflow is marked with an option to "Automatically delete completed workflow jobs (to save disk space)"

2) We restarted all services as well including Async and maintenance.

How to look for some error and authentication may be and why such a behavior in Dynamic CRM?

We have a test organization also and we created a very basic workflow with only one step that it should simply stopped and its an on-demand workflow, even that workflow is sitting very long and not getting deleted.

Hi Vipin,

Please navigate to Settings > system jobs

and look for recurring jobs from the view with the name " Delete completes system jobs"

Check the status of this job and also you can resume it from "more action" option.

Hello Rawish,

Thanks for your quick help.

I resume recurring job "Delete completed system jobs" and all my succeeded workflows were deleted.

But it seems that this job can be scheduled only one time in a day

It runs by default once a day & its should be okay i believe.
