There is a built-in integration option that is available, but I can't find any documentation stating if it works with BC14. If you are looking for a standard integration, i.e. Customers, Contacts, orders, this should work fine. If you have any customization that you want synchronized between BC and CE, then you will likely need to either develop your own solution using the API's provided by the services.
There are 3rd party solutions available that you can use. I work for eOne Solutions the developer of SmartConnect, and our product can be used for BC - CE integrations.
