Cash Flow management explorer won't pull PO documents in the explorer

The title says it all.

We can only se PM transactions eventhough the PUrchase order documents is checkd "on" and when we create a PO.. we don't see the po.

Do we need to refresh something? We ticked the POP after using the Cash flow management for a while.
