External reporting - concept A(I/U)tomatically generated?

Hi,

The documentation on external reporting states you have to create your concepts (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/industry/sustainability/external-reporting/concepts).

There is already a list with 300+ concepts available on the Concepts page.
The naming convention is odd:
  • AIGenerated_AIGenerated_..
  • AIGenerated_..
  • AIGenerated_esrs:..
  • esrs:..
  • ..
Some (or all) are already linked to a requirement in a standard (not an assessment!).
Example below - concept with ESRS in name is linked to CRSD, GRI and IFRS. ESRS only applies to CSRD.

It doesn't seem correct. But it is not that easy to delete them and start from scratch.

How and why are they created?
Is there something that I am not seeing?
How to manage?

Thank you.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi Joke,

    Thanks for your question.

Concepts beginning with 'AI_Generated' are created by the system with their associated linked requirements and are used by Copilot to help you find facts. Please see this learn article for more information on how it works: Find facts with Copilot in Sustainability Manager (preview) - Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability | Microsoft Learn

Please feel free to follow up with any additional questions you may have. Thank you!
