Inability to properly adjust spacing within the editing function of Dynamics

When attempting to change spacing the system gets confused and inserts incorrect html components such as <p> and <br> causing us to have to use the html view to clean up the email template. This is very tedious and reuires knowledge that shouldn't necessary be for general users.

Improper text sequences when copying from Notepad or SharePoint; for example the first and last paragraphs or sentences switch spots

This can be resolved by pasting the text without formatting (text only) but should not be an issue with modern platforms

Hi,
This is a known limitation with the Dynamics 365 email template editor since it relies on HTML. Copying from Word/SharePoint often brings hidden tags, which causes extra <p> or <br> issues.
Best workarounds:

Paste as plain text and format inside Dynamics

Use Notepad as an intermediary to strip formatting

For complex layouts, adjust in HTML view
