Convert Report of Word Layout to RDLC Layout

I am working on some report customization on standard purchase order, i took the standard purchase order report and its layout from base code, i found the report layout in standard is of word template. I have to put some conditions on the report but found no such material where i can make the elements to display text based on the coming values from report.

So my question is, if there is any utility that can convert word template to rdlc or tricks to convert the report to rdlc quickly. Or any word layout relevant materials guidance for word template programming.

conditions are hard to realize in word reports, but you could start with that:

otherwise manual conversion from word to rdlc has to be done.
