Hii There,

To send email from business cetral you need to perform the following steps.

i have limited access of it so i cant show the exact but i give you some of links from that you can able to get the idea about the process.

in that process you need to perform the steps as per below in power automate.

1.select the time of repeatation.

2. select business central create record.

3. if status=OPEN. then..

4. Send Email to Respactive Employee/Customer.
