Hello

Within Business Central, is it possible to capture attributes against lots and also have visibility of the lot attributes at sales order end?

I have a customer who produces a particular item where each batch varies slightly in its composition, so they have the requirement to capture this information at lot level.

Can this be done in BC?

    Hi

    I know at tracking level that you have variant code field but not sure this could help you here. Lot number and attribute, I am not aware of in standard

    Hello,

    Adding to what Jerome wrote, Lot Information Cards have the Variant Code field. As for Attributes, like Item Attributes, there are no specific Attribute fields on the Lot Information Card. There are APPs that add Quality, but they are specific to Quality testing and information. You can add notes in the Lot Information Comments. If you need something further, consider talking to your Partner to add an extension for what you need.
