Invoice from BC to CRM does not auto-sync but manually

Hi

We are using Business Central Integration with CRM Sales Pro,  I'm having an issue where invoices created in BC does not automatically get created in CRM.

However end user still able to push it manually to CRM by clicking on the button: Create in Dynamics 365.

Is there any specific setting within the integration that may cause this issue? 

Appreciate any help :)

    Thanks, I do not see any issue with the job queue entry even I reset it and re-run it

    The issue when it runs it does not detect new invoices.
