5Good Morning All,
I am looking for some help in how to correct picking errors. We process a sales order in the office and produce a pick for our warehouse to pick and ship.
Over the last few days we have had some picking errors. Where items where on the original pick but not sent, Is there something I can do to tell our warehouse to ship the missing item?
If we create another sales order then another item will come out of our stock file which will be incorrect. We would like to be able to have a audit trail so looking for a way to record this.
