Hi Guys

I'm working with incidents in CRM, but I'm wonder about how works the scalated field? Does it this field to have some funcionality? Is included in some Microsoft process?

    Parce,

    You mean the 'isescalated' field?

    It is just a system field that you can use as a flag without creating new one:

    www.microsoft.com/.../create-rules-to-automatically-route-cases.aspx

    www.microsoft.com/.../define-service-level-agreements-slas.aspx
