I have the problems with the quick create functionality.
In our contacts, we have 4 subgrids. One for Opps, one for cases, one for orders and one for appointments. Quick create works fine on appointments and on opps. But on cases it won't. On orders quick create is disabled.
So: for cases I enabled the Allow quick create checkbox in the solution and created a quick create view, but pressing (+) will just open the search.
BUT: I have a subgrid for cases in accounts too and there the quick create view works great.
Any suggestions?
