A list of permissions associated with each security role in Document Format?

I need to tell someone the exact permissions of each role.  If I can avoid making screenshots and this information is already available, then I would prefer to locate the documentation instead of making a massive collection of screenshots.

Is this recorded anywhere?

    dbasarab, I don't think there is any document as far as I am aware of. I am curious to hear from experts.

    Hi Dbasarab, Thank you for reaching out.

    I have had this request several times. It is nothing official, but I have attached what I created. It contains ALL the roles and security options for OOB security roles. It does NOT have what they are actually set to.

    I use this document to create the security mapping for what they should be set for. It allows after some time for the business owner to navigate and set themselves. While I understand the request they have to see another and suggested guidelines, once I show them this document they quickly forget reviewing all of it and want to move on to setting their own security. It is just too daunting to go through each and every one twice.

    I hope you and others find this useful. Maybe one day I will get through setting for all but not this month. Good luck and verify if this helped. -Tom
