Account Missing

Dear Gents,

We are getting a message error in all screen where the GL account exists, Access denied, account missing (Like in Accounts in Item Master data), for any transactions the account distribution is empty. Any body can help in this?

We guess that something related to securiry.

For sa user there is no issue.

We are facing this issue in the pilote company, but we have installed a new backup but still the same.

    Start with Setup-Company-Company. If "Account Security" is checked, uncheck it. The problem you describe commonly happens when Account Security is activated but organizational structures haven't been setup to allow access to various accounts.
