Unable to choose "security" group type in Azure Active Directory, when creating a new group

I am starting to use Security groups. I have created a group in Azure Active Directory and added a member. I am unable to select group type to be /Security/

The drop-down field is not clickable

How do I make this clickable, or is there another way place to create Security Groups to be connected to Business Central?
