Hi All,

many of the users were not able to login to the dynamics crm when they click, the bookmark.

the users were able to login when we give the url directly,

what would be the possible root cause analysis for this issue.

    Hi,

    Male sure this is not related to network issue,  you can ask them to check with different browser, or clearing browser cache. If not working contact Microsoft Support in your area. You can log a support using Office 365 Portal.

    few things you can check:

    1. proxy issues, if at all any setting is blocking you from resolving the url.

    2. check the saved url and compare it with crm exact url (which is working)

    3. check if this is happening in other browsers

    4. If you are using company federation then perhaps you need to contact your network administrator to check if any setting is blocking you from resolving.
