Can you get the value of a Timer Control?

Hi,

Is it possible to grab the value in the "Call Timer" and push it into a single line field? For reporting, etc.

I've looked into JavaScript but have not had any luck with this as of yet.

    Hi Tyson

    The Time Control could not Previously be retrieved via JS, however since Service update 4 resolves the following issues:

    • Tabbing off of a Time field reverts the entered value.
    • A script error occurs when accessing QuickView controls through JavaScript.
    • Timer Control cannot be retrieved via JavaScript.

    Kindly tick 'Yes' to Verify

    You can use the undocumented/unsupported updateTimeDifferenceInSeconds method on the control.
