Hi Everyone!

I'm sorry if this has been asked before and answered, but I couldn't actually find any information on this on the forums. I'm trying to migrate data from one of our SQL Databases in Azure, but during the Cloud Migration Setup I get the following error:

The user that I'm using to start the process has all the correct roles in Business Central and is a SUPER user, but for some reason, it says that the user I'm using doesn't exist. For the SQL Connection string, I'm using the same user as we have on Business Central, the user is dbo_owner on the SQL database.

Permissions are as follows:

Any help would be much appreciated !

Regards,
Jozsef B.

    Hello,

I have hit exactly the same issue as you.  I have a logged a case with MS, but in the meantime, did you manage to find a resolution?

    Thanks,
    Carly

    Hey!

Seems to be a known bug in Microsoft’s latest version of Business Central, not sure how fast they will fix this..

    Thanks !

    Hi,

    This worked for me:
To enable this option, you need to run a new action called Enable/Disable Removing Permissions from Users before you set up the cloud migration. This action will preserve your current user permissions when you set up cloud migration. You can find this action on the Cloud Migration Management page, in the Actions menu.
It should be set to "Yes".

    Hope this works for you.
