for now there is no official Microsoft certification. What you can look is for learning and education partners who offer education and trainings which then can result in certificate from them. For more information look at the businesscentralbooster.com

I can't the exact answer about this type of certification. But, I can say that this resource, along with this writing service, has helped me to prepare for my exam easily. You have to pass all the other stages before the exams. For example, some of the most difficult for me were homework and essays. In general, the difficulty is that I do not have enough time. Adding to the other replies... Yes, there is a MCP Exam for Business Central Functional Consultant. Here is the link:

Use the Learning Path provided to study and see what the exam will test you on. It is a tough exam so study, study, study.
