Easiest way to generate a Word letter to a customer?

Hi,

What is the easiest way to generate a Word letter from for example accounts in CRM 2013 ? (without using Third party Applications). The solutions I'll have found so far is to complex and takes to many click.  I'll want to chose an account, and push a Word button which starts Word, and merges the adress info we have specified in the template.  (With one click)

    Hi there:

    You can create a mail merge document from the ribbon bar in Advanced Find for specified records. There's an OOTB Account mail merge already available, but you can create your own as well via: Settings > Templates > Mail Merge Templates.

    Yes, but as far I'll found out by using it this way, it takes to many clicks to generate a document. ?

    If you are looking for a one-click solution... you'll probably need to get a developer on board or install an add-on.

    You could look at the option of creating an SSRS report. You can run the SSRS report and export the data to a PDF or Word Document if you need to edit it. Otherwise, you have an option to print the report directly.

    Mail Merge in Word asks many standard click.

    one solution would be to change the word template to automate actions in a macro
