Hi all,

I have created SSRS Report but i need to show that report based on user role. When any user open that report in CRM then the Report want parameters based on City , State. The report should display results based on the Security role of that user who want to view the report means the Sales Person in one region should not see the report of another region.

They are only individual or organization report.

While Individual report, can only owned by A TEAM or A USER.

    Hi Nilanka,

SSRS report follows the security role if you are using filteredview or fetchxml. Are you accessing CRM tables directly?

    Thanks,

    PS

Can you tell what exactly u r getting as result: No record or all the records?

If it is all record then it means the credential of current user are not being passed rather system admin account is being used to run report. Can you go to http://servername/Reports and configure Connection String.

    You can refer here :rajeevpentyala.com/.../ssrs

    Thanks,
