# Contextual AI S2S Prod Application user - what is it and why is it doing so much data retrieval?

We've noticed a Microsoft added non-interactive user account (# Contextual AI S2S Prod Application) that is doing a large amount of data reads in our production environment but I can't find what it's purpose is. Does anyone have any idea? The account looks as though it was created at the end of February so I presume it came along with a wave release.

It's consistently doing >10x the data retrieval of an average user.

First thoughts were that it was Copilot related to the AI insight cards, but would like some further info before I start turning features off?

Have you enabled the natural language search in the environment?

It came In the latest release wave, and it's my best guess: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/release-plan/2024wave2/power-apps/find-records-filter-views-using-natural-language
