Hi,

If I disable "Available on phone" checkbox in a footer, which has an owner field, I'm getting an error when I'm saving a form:

As Owner Field is System Required Field so maybe you cannot hide or remove it from the form.

    Thanks,

    Sam

    Hi Andrew,

You can definitely have the owner field on the body of the form and hide it (by unticking "Visible by default" on the Field Properties), I'm not sure about the footer though as I haven't tested that.

    Regards,

    Sean

    Hi,

The goal is to remove an owner field(tile) on mobile only.

    Thanks!

    Hi Andrew,

I just did some testing, on my Lead form which has nothing in the footer, if I try to hide the footer on phone it gives me the error when I save the form. So it doesn't look like this is specific to the Owner field and more the fact that hiding the header/footer on phone isn't possible? If that is the case, I'm not sure why the option is there!

Also I added an Owner field to my main form, and opted to hide the section it is in on phone. Now the section with the owner field shows for me in the browser but it doesn't show on my phone.

Maybe something like that will work for you?

    Regards,

    Sean

    Hi Sean,

Thanks very much for a suggestion. Unfortunately in my case I have to leave an owner filed in a footer... which I can't hide on mobile.

    Thanks!
