Is there an API or List of Webservices MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 is offering? I want to insert customers as leads or contacts by using a webservice.
Where can I find more information about this topic?

Hi,
Making external calls to CRM 4 is very similar to calling CRM 2011+, but setting up the connections is easier (if I remember correctly). The CRM 4 end point is a traditional Web Service endpoint, but there aren't many differences.
You can download the CRM 4 SDK at www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

You end up with a CrmService object, and all your requests go through that (this was replaced by the OrganizationService in later releases but they function the same).
