Migrating Notes/Attachments to another Dataverse Environment

Hi I just wanna ask for guidance regarding the migration of Attachments from one Dataverse Environment to another. Is it possible to create an exact copy of Attachment records where the related entity for the note is the same? We were also looking to preserve Created On, Created By, Modified On, and Modified By fields.
Any insights would be a great help. Thank you!

Hi Oreinz,

You can use C# for individual migration records, or you can use the XrmToolBox tool for batch migration: https://linnzawwin.blogspot.com/p/attachments-copy-tool-with-reverse.html

But I think the create on field is hard to change, and it tends to become the person who makes the migration.
