Hi,
I want to send Invitation to Portal contacts but when I create Invitation Invitation code is not generating.
It should get generate automatically.

How are you generating the Invitation Code?
By clicking on Ribbon button (Create Invitation) or automatically using workflow?

I click on Create Invitation button and then I run the send Invitation workflow.
Please let me know, as soon as you click on Create Invitation button, whether any invitation record as per image (Portals > Invitations > Check in Open and Completed Invitations View) is being created along with Invitation code? So that we can investigate whether the issue is in Create Invitation or in Send Invitation.
As per my understanding, you might have an issue with Send Invitation Workflow/Process. because Create Invitation process is OOB and it is uncontrollable.
Please make sure, Scope of Send Invitation workflow (Settings > Process > Open Send Invitation workflow) is set to Organization.

When I create Invitation that time only Invitation code should get generate but it is not generating.
Check below two Points.
1. Make sure, after hitting the Create Invitation button from Ribbon bar, You are saving the Invitation Record. (Invitation code only generate after hit the Save button).
2. If still it doesn't work, then Check UpdateInvitationCode workflow is activated.
