Good morning,
we have one customer that is using BC SaaS on MacOS with Safari as browser.
He is facing several in the daily using of BC. For example page actions simply don't start, or pages don't open. It is really strange, since in Chrome or Edge everything is working fine.
And no using Edge or Chrome is not an option, since MS is supporting Safari officially.
Do you guys have any customers using Safari on MacOS? Is there maybe any setting in MacOS or Safari that needs to set for a proper working?

The first thing i would try is to clear all browser data and double check that cookies and java script is enabled in the browser.
Turn off browser tools like translators and stuff like that.
If that not works i would try to re-install the browser.
And if that does not work either i would open a support case with Microsoft to have them check it with you.
