Hi,
We have a BP user that is a Requisition Approver. When the Requisition Creator created a request and submitted the request the Requisition Approver doesn't see the request to approve it. The Requisition Approver did receive an email notification saying they have a request to approve, so that part is working fine. The creator sees the request is pending approval from the Requistion approver. I have double checked to make sure the Requisition Approver is setup correctly in the heirarchy, and someone setup just like this person is able to see their approval requests. I have not seen this before. Can anyone help?

It turns out the approver was clicking a Business Portal link from within the email notification. We had added that link to the notification. This is when he doesn't see the requisitions. When he goes through the site directly from the internet he can see the requisitions. Not sure if that is a setting on his computer oe what, but at least he can see the requisitions to approve. Thanks again for your help and ideas!
