Accounts Payable Monthly Cut-Off

Is there a way to set a monthly cut-off date for Accounts Payable? During month-end, we have encountered times where we have inadvertently posted an invoice after reconciling and running an aging report. Looking for a way to set a hard cut-off date for A/P before the month is closed in the General Ledger Setup.

Hi Bill,

We don't have anything specific to setting cut-off dates/restrictions for AP only, if I'm understanding the question correctly. Only the posting date restrictions you can set at the company level in General Ledger Setup 'Allow Posting From' - 'Allow Posting To' OR at the user level in User Setup if you wanted to restrict by User. If I am not understanding your question, let me know.
