Personalization of Chart of Accounts as super user is not possible?!

Hey gyus,

in my BC 14 on premise I try to personalize the Chart of Accounts.

I am not able there to make the columns bigger or to change the place of the columns.

In the Customer List I can make these changes?

Do you know the reason for that?

Thank you ;)

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

I just tried it in latest CU of Dynamics 365 Business Central OnPrem and I am able to personalize that page:

It does look very messy now that page.

Could it be that in your scenario, the Chart of Accounts page was redesigned via an extension, What happens if you try "More", "Clear personalizations"?  Sometimes the page is locked and you have to unlock it by pressing the keylock icon:

    Thanks.

The thing is, that I am not allowed to make any changes to that specific page...if I try to add a field, which is shown after I click the personalization function, it shows me suddenly a red icon, that is forbidden to the field to that page...I tried the same at the Customer List and there I can make as many changes as I want^^

The BC version I am using, was upgraded from an old one and it is stored in a data center...my that as something to with it?!

I tried the same procedure in my BC 14 CU4 in a docker container and also with the BC 15 Wave 2 and there I can make my changes to "Chart of Accounts" and so on...

    Good day,

At this time I would suggest you contact your CSP / Dynamics 365 BC partner who can raise a support ticket on your behalf to Microsoft support for offline analysis of the issue. If you have the final answer that does resolve the issue, please do share with the community.

    Thanks.
