Related Records filtering in Process Flow

Hi all members :)

I know this question has been answerd a couple of times before, but I can not find a solution to replicate the same functionality as standard on the form.

What I would like to accomplish are the possibility to first filter a lookup dependent on another field (no problem...) but the also have the possibility to turn the filter off!

Hi Anders,

You can disable Filter by related company name option, so that user will not able to change this option.

For this you need to change field properties, uncheck Allow users to turn off filter option.

Hi,

Thanks for the response but this suggested solution is the standard solution which works on the form. What I would like to accomplish is the same functionality in the Process Flow. One example of this is a Contact lookup field in the sales process where I would initially filter by related Accounts but also give the user the possibility to turn the filter off.

Due to the fact that you have to use JavaScript to accomplish the filter your solution unfortunately is not possible.
