We have run a patch to upgrade GP 10.0.1061 to GP 10 sp5. After running a patch we had to run GP utilities to upgrade DB but it doesn't allow us to proceed due to an error "other users are using Microsoft Dynamics GP".
We have cleared data from following tables but it did not work out. Please advise.

DYNAMICS..SY00801
tempdb..DEX_LOCK
tempdb..DEX_SESSION

Thanks, I have updated the DNS and it worked !
Please confirm that those tables are indeed empty. If not, reset SQL, perhaps there was a lock on them and they did not clear. Also make sure your DSN is pointing to the correct instance of GP. Those are the tables to check.
