Hello,

I'm a consultant and I would like to know how changes of parameters are followed in Dynamics 365 ? Is there a table that show the changes ?

    What do you mean? Do you want to log  modifications (what users does on entities)? If so, there's a modification log that you can activate on D365BC objects.
