Is there any form or data entity that shows me the list of products and item numbers (released products) for each company?
At the minute, I have to manually check for each company if a product has been released which is painful and prone to errors.
Ideally I would like a data entity with these columns
Product , Released Product , Company
1 - Item by Item you have that info in FactBox
2 - I don't think there is a direct menu, but you have a small hack, use a URL to open EcoResProductAvailability. Replace Company in URL, and you should have this info.

3 - You can query data entity using odata in Excel. Remove company filter and refresh sheet. Example using Contoso
