    RE: Site/Territory/Business Unit?

Site is a CRM tool used as a reference to indicate an office location, where a resource may reside/work. Territory is used for scheduling purposes. It is associated to Accounts and Resources and an important tool to filter and schedule work order jobs. Business Units are associated with Users, and it designed to work or curtail the permissions of a user rights within CRM.

I hope this response helps clarify the differences between Site/Territory/Business Units.
